Dinesh Karthik is an Indian wicket-keeper and batsman who made his debut for the Indian cricket team in 2004. Having been in and out of the Indian team and in the limited opportunities he’s had, he has performed admirably behind the stumps as well as with the bat. He was India’s leading scorer in their Test tour of England, helping India win their first series in England in 21 years. He has been a fit cricketer right from his debut and has been a fitness icon for many cricket fans.

Unlike other athletes, he prefers to include little carbohydrates in his diet to gain instant energy, although the major chunk of his diet consists of protein.
