After a row of hiccups, the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 is finally happening in UAE (United Arab Emirates). All the teams are giving each other a tight competition. But, this year, Delhi Capitals (DC) has come back with more power. They have given a head to head competition to the strongest teams in the league like CSK (Chennai Super Kings) and MI (Mumbai Indians). Even though, Delhi Capitals didn’t win a single IPL champions’ trophy to date but has never lost its hope. The team is brilliantly led by Shreyas Iyer. The team has got other great players from both domestic and abroad like Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant, Shimron Hetmyer, Marcus Stoinis, Ishant Sharma, and many more.
The team has got a great set of players, from batsmen to bowlers. As a captain, Shreyas Iyer is also doing a great job. But what is making the Delhi Capitals underrated? Delhi Capitals have got some underrated players as well like JP Duminy, Shahbaz Nadeem, and Farveez Maharoof who have done a great job on the field. These players have given their best for the team but never got much recognition. In fact, JP Duminy has also captained Delhi Capitals in the past. The underrated players are one of the reasons. Along with that, obviously are their performances over the past years. The teams have no cup on their name. But, definitely this year, the team has made everyone stunned with their actions.
