Jasprit Bumrah is currently the best Indian bowler in the entirety of Indian cricket. He bowls all his deliveries with accuracy and almost every bowl is aimed for taking a wicket. He never thinks of bowling a dot ball. It is always about taking wickets when it comes to Jasprit Bumrah. World-class batsman, Martin Guptill himself accepted Bumrah as the best death bowler in the world. Guptill told the reporters, “Lot of swing and misses. We were trying but we were facing one of the best death bowlers in the world. It is tough to get him away at the end.”

He has a variation of yorkers in his arsenal which uses to make it impossible for Batsmen to hit the ball. But it is not just his yorkers that gets the job done, he can also vary his pace to deceive the batsmen completely which makes them mishit the ball or miss it completely. He has played only 15 Test matches for India and yet has managed to get 5 fifers and 70 wickets to his name at an average of 20.9.

It is his weird-looking action that throws off the batsmen completely since he bowls at a specific angle. It is very difficult to anticipate what Bumrah will be bowling and many batting experts are still in awe after seeing the way Bumrah bowls. His action may be another reason why his balls don’t swing a lot with the new ball. But when it comes to bowling the last over with the old ball, Bumrah is the master.
