The Indian Premier League (IPL) has become an emotion and a celebration for many Indian cricket fans. Everyone waits for it to see their favorite players and teams play on the field. Over the years, the history of IPL has witnessed many brilliant batsmen who blew our minds. Hitting 2 or 3 sixes in an over has been quite often seen during the IPL matches. But, seeing a batsman hit 5 sixes in a single over, can certainly blow everybody’s mind. To date, there have only been 2 batsmen to do so, in the history of the Indian Premier League. It is none other than Chris Gayle and Rahul Tewatia who have done such a miracle. They are the only 2 batsmen who have hit 5 sixes in a single over, in IPL.

Rahul Tewatia – The all-rounder player, Rahul Tewatia helped Rajasthan Royals (RR) to win the match against the Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) in the ninth match of IPL 2020.

Chris Gayle – The Caribbean player, Chris Gayle has scored an amazing century of 175 runs in the sixth season, against the Pune Warriors India of the Indian Premier League, on the behalf of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
