Rohit Sharma, the captain of the Mumbai Indians (MI), is a real trooper on the cricket field but enjoys some light-hearted pranks off it, as evidenced by a video he released on Instagram of him pulling a prank on his wife, Ritika Sajdeh.
After playing their hearts out on the field tirelessly, sportspersons often indulge in some light-hearted pranks and fun off the field to cheer their moods up. Similar was the situation with the hitman of the Indian Cricket Team and the captain cool of the Mumbai Indians teams in the IPL. After an intense game of cricket in the latest IPL season that was held in the UAE, the MI skipper was seen pranking his wife in this cute video which he shared on his Instagram handle.
The video starts with Rohit showing a candy that he was holding in his fist with the back camera of his phone. He then shuts his fist and walks into another room, his fist closed, to give Ritika the chocolate. After seeing Rohit’s suspicious behavior, Ritika was convinced that Rohit was about to play a prank on her. When Rohit saw Ritika’s reaction, he consoled her, telling her that he would never terrify her and that all he wants is a fist bump. After a little convincing Ritika agreed to fist bump with him, only to get the piece of candy he was hiding from her all along. Check out their adorable video here.
