Yogeshwar Dutt has been India’s one of most dominant players and has won a bronze medal in the Olympics for the country in his 60 kg freestyle bout held on Saturday. Yogeshwar Dutt came out to be the best wrestler of the decade. His hard work finally paid off after a lot of injuries and surgeries that he underwent. As the Tokyo Olympics commences on 18th July, the Indian Olympic mission, which has been downright appalling, looks towards its most experienced Olympian to stir up some sorcery for India. With Yogeshwar’s second appearance at the Olympics, he procured by winning the Asian Championships at Jeju City in South Korea in 2008.

At the Summer Olympics 2008, Yogeshwar got a hand down in the first round. In the pre-quarterfinals, he finished off Kazakhstan’s Baurzhan Orazgaliyev 8-3.

Not long after, in 2009, Yogeshwar endured his most brutal injury as an “Anterior Cruciate Ligament” Tear. This endangered his profession and the ensuing medical procedure put him down and out for a year. But the man did not give up on his dreams. In the year 2010, at the commonwealth games, he destroyed all his opponents with ease.
