Shah Rukh Khan, who is the King of the Bollywood and also the owner of the IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders has owned the franchise with another Bollywood star, Juhi Chawla and her husband, Jay Mehta in 2008. He has been seen in most of the matches, cheering for his team and mainly when it is in the home ground, Eden Gardens. King Khan always gets down during the break or after the win to wave hands and appreciate the efforts of the spectators. He has always been present in the first match held in the home town. He is thankful to his and KKR fans for their great support.

On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals was owned by Shilpa Shetty and her husband, Raj Kundra. She has been very supportive of her team since the first match at IPL. The team’s win in the first tournament in 208, boosted up the spirits of the owners. Shetty has always been cheerful to her team. She designed and launched the RR merchandise in 2013 for her fans with Provouge, an apparel brand. But after the 2013 IPL scandal, she and her husband discontinued their ownership. After a break of two years, they sold the stake to Suresh Chellaram, Lachlan Murdoch, and Manoj Badale. The team came back to IPL in 2018 but not with Shilpa Shetty.

Both the owners are energetic and vibrant in their own way. It’s hard to choose between them. Who do you think is a dynamic IPL team owner?
