India and Australia have been at war in the test matches for a long time now. India won their first since forever Test match in Australia after the fourth and last match at the Sydney Cricket Ground finished in a draw following three rainy days. India has visited Australia since 1947 however at no other time figured out how to win a test series in the nation. However, everything changed in 2018 as Virat Kohli drove his side to 2-1 match triumph in the wake of winning the first-ever Test in Adelaide and the third Test in Melbourne.

India lost the second Test in Perth after some flawed group determination on the pitch which many minds considered would help pace bowling with speed and bounce. India had shown up in Sydney in the wake of winning their first truly Boxing Day Test. With a 2-1 lead, India couldn’t have lost the arrangement and it appeared to be impossible Australia could skip back from whipping at the Melbourne Cricket Ground to share respects of 2-2.

Everyone in the team played well and gave their all to maintain the 2-2 lead. Chesteshwar Pujara especially played an incredible inning and his record in the test series was better than Virat Kohli at the end. It is two years later today that India faces Australia yet again and this time they look even more determined to take their revenge for last time.

With Kohli taking paternity leave and Rohit’s return looking doubtful, it will be a tough job for Indian batsmen to maintain their wickets and score runs.
