The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Jethalal calling Taarak and telling him that Bhoghilal doesn't have any money. Taarak says there is only one option left, Jethalal has to tell Iyer the truth. Jethalal calls Iyer and asks where is he, Iyer says he is in office. Jethalal says he is coming to Iyer's office in some time. Iyer thinks Jethalal is coming with his 100 tabs order.
