Buzz: Star Dopahar programming to shut?

Star Plus’ attempt to revive the perceptional ‘ratings fertile’ afternoon slot seems to have hit the wrong mark. Star Dopahar initially opened to a good response but gradually slipped in viewer’s interest. The slot, which beams at 1pm, began with four shows, namely Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji, Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka, Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee, Dhaai Kilo Prem and later Love Ka Hai Intezaar joined the programming tail.
