Anupamaa Spoiler Alert: Vanraj vows to give Anupamaa all the happiness

Anupamaa the Star Plus show produced by Director's Kut has seen dramatic developments with Anupamaa (Rupali Ganguly) suffering from tumour in her ovaries. Vanraj (Sudhanshu Pandey) has broken down and so has Samar (Paras Kalnawat). In this tough situation, Vanraj decides to hide the truth from Anupamaa.
