Tara the social satire play comes with a message on disability awareness

Tara the social satire play that talks about gender inequality and the dominance of the males over females will be put up in a grand way in Delhi and Mumbai in the month of September. The play written by Mahesh Dattani will be played on 7 and 8 September in Delhi and on 27 September in Mumbai. Tara is the story of two conjoined twins, a boy Chandan and a girl, Tara, who are surgically separated in an unequal manner to favour the boy. As a result, the girl is born disabled.
