Bharat Ratna Dr Ambedkar Award Winners Payal Ghosh & Richa Chadha

At first when I saw the announcement I thought Richa Chadha had won the Bharat Ratna. Anything is possible in this country. And if Payal Ghosh can win the same award, I guess Richa can aim a little higher, can’t she? I have no clue what this award Bharat Ratna Dr Ambedkar Award is. I understand it is named after the iconic Bharat Ratna Dr Ambedkar. But why is the prestigious award that Dr Ambedkar won , mentioned in an award named after him ?
