Exclusive: Danish Sood and Kavya Trehan in Lionsgate Play’s U Special

Starz’s India-based streamer Lionsgate Play is all set to roll out a new series named U Special. The story is directed by Karwaan director Akarsh Khurana, who is also the showrunner. Adhaar Khurana, who worked as an assistant director on Karwaan, is co-directing. It has an ensemble cast that includes Sumeet Vyas, Arjun Mathur, Parambrata Chatterjee, Rukshar Dhillon, Taaruk Raina, Gopal Datt and Ahsaas Channa, among others.
