BJP leader Manoj Tiwari, who was ahead from North East Delhi seat in Delhi has won the battle against Congress' Sheila Dikshit and Aam Admi Party's Dilip Pandey. He won the seat against Sheila Dikshit by almost 3,40,000 votes, according to reports. Manoj, who is also the BJP chief of Delhi and the sitting MP from the seat, ran an effective campaign against both the Congress and the AAP and was able to cash in on the Modi wave. Singer-turned-politician and sitting BJP MP from the West Bengal constituency of Asansol, has defeated his nearest competitor, actor Moon Moon Sen, in the Lok Sabha Elections 2019. Bollywood actress Urmila Matondkar’s joined Congress Party on Wednesday. She might contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2019. The actress is expected to field from the Mumbai North constituency.
