Senior Malayalam actor T P Madhavan passed away today, 9 October. He was aged 88, and breathed his last at a private hospital in Kollam, where he was admitted for treatment. The actor who has been a renowned and respected figure in Malayalam Cinema, having done innumerable character roles in the 1980's and 1990's, with over 600 films to his credit.
