Legendary Odia singer Murali Mohapatra dies at 59 after collapsing on stage

Murali Mohapatra aka Khoka Bhai, the name that Odia vouched by for his mellifluous voice and classical drills is no more. The legendary singer collapsed on stage while performing on stage. According to reports, he was performing at an event in Odisha's Jeypore town on Sunday night. Soon after he collapsed on stage while performing, the singer was rushed to the hospital, however, was declared dead. He was only 59.
