Today's Sanjivani 21 August episode begins with Sanjivani team reaching at the site where accident took place. Sid’s mother got mad at him for not coming home and being busy always. Shashank got conscious and wanted Juhi to accept the post of chief of surgery. Juhi (Gurdeep Singh) and Anjali were called at the emergency ward to treat patients. Doctors on the sight of the accident continued to treat patients. Vardhan tried to provoke Anjali against Juhi.
