A really shocking news coming in. As per the latest reports in News18, a car that is registered under Tamil actor Silambarasan aka Simbu’s name reportedly ran over a 70-year-old pavement dweller in the streets of Chennai. The accident reportedly took place on March 18th but the video of the incident started going viral since yesterday.
