How to enable Two-Factor-Authentication from your Instagram account.
1)Open your Instagram account, open your account.
2)Click on the three horizontal lines on the top of the screen.
3)Then click on the Settings option.
4)Now select ‘Security’ and then tap on ‘Two-Factor-Authentication.
5)Click ‘Get Started’ at the bottom.
Now you will be asked to choose one of two security methods.
a)Login codes from a third-party authentication app such as Google or Instagram. This feature can be enabled only through an authentication app logged in from Android or iPhone.
b)A text message code from your mobile phone.
You will have to choose at least one of this two Two-Factor-Authentication.
After you have turned on Two-Factor-Authentication you can keep a record of your login activities and figure out who is using your login details.
