Recently, Apple launched the iOS 16.3.1 update. This update focuses on minor bug fixes and security. But this also noticed the big problem faced with iCloud, Siri, Find My, and crash detection. In addition, some users are facing problems with Google Photos, which they have reported. This concerns every iPhone user be it iPhone 14 or iPhone 8; updating the phone might cause issues with Google Photos.

This latest update was to fix the issues with Apple’s security note and bugs that have been exploited. Unfortunately, though the new update solved some major problems, another one has arisen. No further details have been shared, but the complaint was lodged that some users are unable to back up their data.

However, as per the reports, as soon as you open Google Photos, it begins to crash, and you can’t access it further. Surprisingly, users are not facing any issues while downloading or during the login. Though everyone isn’t facing this problem, many are suffering. In addition, this problem is not affecting any other connection apps or library.

And as per the reports, Google said, “in the process of rolling out a fix in version 6.23.1 of the Google Photos app”. And the update will be soon available so all users must look for it.
