Rubina Dilaik is on the mend after a bout with Covid-19. The Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki actress recently updated her health status, stating that she is ‘70% recovered.’ Earlier this month, she tested positive for the new coronavirus. Rubina has now published a list of five items that aided her recovery from Covid.

WHAT DID RUBINA DILAIK SHARE?

Rubina Dilaik posted a video to Instagram in which she discusses the five things she did to help herself heal. She captioned it, “I quarantined for more than 19 days. But, these are 5 things I did to help me speed up my recovery. Most important is to listen to your favorite music and be happy (sic).”

Rubina included a list of five activities she did during her quarantine in her post. The first item on her to-do list was to eat well, followed by staying hydrated. Yoga and taking her medication on time were the third and fourth items on her list. Last but not least, she recommended that everyone listen to their preferred music.

RUBINA IS LOVING HER FOOD LIKE NEVER BEFORE

Rubina Dilaik’s sense of smell and taste has returned. Talking about the same, Rubina said, “I haven’t enjoyed the food as much as I am enjoying it right now. Simple, home-cooked meals make my mouth water, especially after losing my sense of taste for several days. I am enjoying all the sweet and simple delicacies prepared by my mother which are an absolute treat to my taste buds.”

She further added, “I am eating a lot of food in a totally guilt-free manner, and covering up for all that I missed out on eating in the last few weeks. My smell which was also gone for a long time has come back and just recalibrated my senses. The feeling of having both my taste and smell back is inexpressible in words, but I am currently enjoying these two precious senses to the fullest.”

RUBINA DILAIK WAS POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 WHEN SHE WAS TESTED.

On May 1, Rubina Dilaik tested positive for Covid-19. The actress, who is now starring in the TV show Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, announced the news on her official Instagram account. Rubina also stated that once she has recovered for a month, she would like to donate plasma.
