Arjit Taneja, who is taking audiences by storm with his exceptional acting talent and charming looks as Vivaan in ZEE TV’s Kaleerein, says he would want his marriage to be a low key affair.
Audiences have witnessed a week full of Meera (Aditi Sharma) and Sumer’s (Paramvir Cheema) larger than life Punjabi wedding celebrations and dance to the beats of the dhol. Now, the wedding drama has a huge twist in the storyline a Meera will ultimately get married to Vivaan.
Talking about his real life wedding, he shares, “Being a Punjabi at heart, I was blown away by the huge wedding shenanigans planned for my show Kaleerein. It was a proper wedding with many festivities back to back like sangeet , haldi , mehendi followed by wedding. It was fun shooting for each function which made me think about my own marriage in future. But I am also a little private in nature so I thought I would throw a big bash like sangeet for everyone to attend and then quietly do a destination wedding. A getaway with close ones around, that’s my idea of a wedding, spending the most memorable day of my life with my close ones.”
