He appeared on MTV’s Splitsvilla season 6 in 2011 and later made his television debut as a contestant. Arjit Taneja, who has a sharp appearance and made his television debut on Channel V’s The Serial, played Karan Kundra’s best buddy in the show. The actor also had the good fortune to star in the same film opposite the stunning Pooja Gor.

While the actor assures us that Kumkum Bhagya, a Zee TV production, will keep us entertained. Additionally, he received the Zee Gold Awards’ Most Fit Actor honor the previous year. In Kaleerein on Zee TV, he portrayed Vivaan Kapoor.

Arjit Taneja, who frequents the gym and is renowned for possessing amazing six-pack abs, acknowledges that maintaining his figure is challenging. He explains, “First of all, getting a six-pack is not simple, and maintaining that kind of body is never simple. To be successful with exercise and diet, one must be committed and focused.”

Contrary to common opinion, having a six-pack is not always healthy, the actor continues. “Your body requires a small amount of everything, including carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and water. However, if you want to develop a six-pack, you must avoid a variety of foods. Therefore, people should maintain a healthy balance, eat their meals in the right portions, and work on their bodies.”

Arjit enjoys traveling when he isn’t working and spends two hours each day working out in the gym. He explains, “Travel has taken a backseat because I’ve been so busy with work over the past three years. Additionally, the pandemic made travel difficult over the previous year. I long to go back on the road.”
