The lovely and pretty Lovey Sasan is a Kashmir Ki Kali. Hailing from Jammu, the effervescent beauty is creating a niche in the Indian television industry, absolutely on merit and hardwork.

“There were days when I shared a room with ten other girls. I cherish the days as the effort helped me become who I am today,” says Lovey flashing her pearlies.

The actress has displayed her acting mettle in shows like Bade Acche Lagte Hai and Saath Nibhana Saathiya, earning accolades from fans and critics alike.

Ambitious yet humble, dynamic yet demure, Lovey believes that as an actor one should ensure proper health keeping.

“I hit the gym early in the morning and keep a check on the diet. Apart from that, I meditate regularly to ensure cleansing from within and maintain my composure in an otherwise fast paced life. I would recommend everyone to meditate and enjoy its benefits.”

There is a popular saying ‘precaution is better than cure’ and Lovey lives by it. Given her intelligence and medical know how, she has great faith in preventive healthcare.”

“We often tend to take our health for granted and regret later. In today’s modern era, there are many avenues available which help one to be healthy. Regular blood tests and medical consultation is key,” opines Lovey.

Lovey recently visited popular medical spa The Health Culture in Mumbai and had a wonderful time.

“I enjoyed the meditation pagoda session and also took a food intolerance test.

They are pretty prompt in their service and after the test I precisely know what to eat and what to avoid. It’s a must visit for all. Stay happy, stay healthy,” ends Lovey with a smile.
