Talented actor Ayush Anand is happy and excited about two of his interesting projects. First of all, he will be seen as the lead in Digiflix TV Original’s web series, Gum Ho Jaayen, with Jyoti Sharma. The series is directed by S. Manasvi and produced by Ketan S Gupta and Dushant Godhia. Secondly, Ayush has turned Producer with a short film Lappad, written by Samarth Shandilya.
Says Ayush, “I play the romantic lead in Gum Ho Jaayen. This is one of the exclusive love stories that you can watch with your entire family. It is all about clean old school romance. I had all the liberty given to play this role. I simply enjoyed it.”
Working with Jyoti Sharma was very easy-going for Ayush. “She is extremely professional. She has an infectious vibe about her that is very positive. We got comfortable very soon and had a splendid time shooting for the series.”
Ayush talks about his short film as Producer. “I have ventured into production too. We shot the short film Lappad in Haryana. It is written by my friend Samarth Shandilya and directed by Tushar Tyagi. We are very excited for this project.”
Ayush who was last seen in Tujhse Hai Raabta is looking at more projects on the web at the moment. “However, anything meaty that comes across on TV will attract me,” he states.
