Akshita Mudgal, who came into the limelight with Dance India Dance is currently playing the lead role of Gayatri in SAB TV’s new show, Bhakarwadi produced by J.D. Majethia’s Hats Off Productions.
For the young girl, this is her first big opportunity at showcasing her acting prowess in TV fiction in the lead role. Akshita has earlier been part of many episodics, and has featured in movies Mr.X and Brothers. She’s been part of a movie down South. On TV, she played the parallel lead role in Half Marriage and Mitegi Lakshman Rekha.

Would you date a fan?
I have no plans of getting into a relationship as I want to focus on my career right now. But if asked I wouldn’t mind dating my fan if he is a good human being.
How would someone get your special attention?
I don’t like people who are desperate to gain someone’s attention. If you want to gain my attention than just be yourself.
What is your favourite movie?
There are many Bollywood movies such as ‘Hum Apke Hain Kaun’, ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’, and recent one Hindi Medium. In Hollywood, I like Joker and Avengers.
Do you sing in the shower?
I do, I am a bathroom singer.
What is your biggest/weirdest fear?
Losing all my loved ones.
What would be your superpower?
I would want to be invisible and travel back in time.
What would you like to be remembered about you?
I want to be remembered for my personality and work
