Kanwar Dhillon the talented actor is brightening up our living rooms with his performance as Shiva Pandya in the Star Plus show Pandya Store. Kanwar will celebrate Diwali this year with his family.
Says Kanwar, “Diwali this year will be to spend the evening with family and friends. I will help my family in lighting diyas, cleaning the house, buying gifts for myself and my family. Diwali at our place has always been simple. I am totally against bursting of crackers and patakas.”
“My favourite Diwali moment from my childhood are the ones where we used to travel with mom and dad to our native place Punjab for Diwali. It used to be a nice family gathering. Another favourite Diwali memory for me was when I danced with Mr Amitabh Bachchan on Kaun Banega Crorepati, that was the time when I was doing Hum Hain Na.”
“Happiness, positivity and complete family time is the ambience we usually see around us during Diwali. Diwali for me signifies positivity and happiness,” Kanwar says.
His special message to his fans will be, “Be a pataka but don’t burst one. Think of our ecosystem and care for the environment around you. Have a safe Diwali.”
