Punyashlok Ahilyabai actor Krish Chahuan has to learn new skills or go the extra mile and push his limits to grasp the nuances required to essay a role.

In an actor’s life, every once in a while, a role comes around that demands just a little bit more. Of course there are lines to be learnt and the need to get to know the character fully, and exhibit the emotional truth in each scene, however, a lot of times an actor has to learn new skills or go the extra mile and push his limits to grasp the nuances required to essay a role.

Sony Entertainment Television’s period drama Punyashlok Ahilyabai stars child actors Krish Chauhan and Aditi Jaltare in pivotal roles. Since, the show is set in the backdrop of 18th century, the actors need to undergo extensive preparation to essay the characters with utmost conviction. Currently, in the show, with the on-going education track, actor Krish Chauhan’s character Khande Rao is learning Geeta ka Adhyay. The Geeta has intrigued Krish so much that he has also now started spending time reading the verses of Bhagwad Geeta.

Sharing more on same, actor Krish Chauhan said, “I am so glad that through the show, I got into the habit of reading Bhagwad Gita! It has helped me more than I can convey. It helps in clearing self-doubts which most of us face time to time. It taught me how to handle knowledge and most importantly, the essence of applying it. It not only inculcates in us – the right and unbiased perspective of observing and knowing our own selves, but also helps us understand the entire creation of humankind. Bhagwad Gita teaches us how to make our lives more meaningful. I’m glad that the show has taught me so many beautiful things and aspects about life.”
