Versatile actress Delnaaz Irani is celebrating her birthday on 4th of September.
She shares why birthdays are extra special to her. ”Every birthday sees me super excited. There is something new to look forward to every year. Every year I pledge that the mistakes which I might have made in the past, I will rectify, learn from them and make a fresh start on a happy and positive note. If I am in town I will definitely visit my mother. Right from my childhood visiting the Fire temple is a must along with my parents. And in the evening there always is a family party.”
Speaking about her self-gift for this birthday she says,” For the last few years I have been buying jewellery as birthday gifts. Not only do they look good on you, but are good investments as well. It will also stay with me. This year I have gifted myself gold bangles.”
So how is Percy going to make her birthday special? “Ever since Percy came into my life, he has been making all my birthdays very special. He surprises me by giving me all sorts of goodies – small and big. Every year I wait for the surprises. When it comes to his gifts it’s always something which I must have seen sometime back and forgot to buy. But on my birthday I will see that he has got it for me. I also feel birthdays are not only about gifts. It is also an opportunity to earn your family and friend’s love and blessings. Also, the love from your fans which is so unconditional makes me immensely happy.”
On the work front Delnaaz will be next seen in a film directed by Kashmera Shah.
