Colors stunt-based reality game show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 is all set to roll out soon as the makers have already started shooting with the contestants in Cape Town. One of the strong contestants this season is Abhinav Shukla. The actor was earlier part of Bigg Boss 14.
Season 11 will see Abhinav competing against popular names of the industry namely Divyanka Tripathi, Arjun Bijlani, Nikki Tamboli, Vishal Aditya Singh, Aastha Gill, Sana Makbul, Anushka Sen, Shweta Tiwari, Mahekk Chahal, Rahul Vaidya, Abhinav Shukla, Varun Sood, and Sourabh Raaj Jain.
In an exclusive conversation with IWMBuzz.com, Abhinav spoke in length about his excitement, competition, fears and more. Excerpt:
Congratulations, how excited are you to be a part of Khatron Ke Khiladi season 11?
Thank you for the wishes! As a viewer when I watched Khatron Ke Khiladi, the stunts always seemed very exciting and challenging, so when I was offered the show I decided to take it up, and I am very excited to be a part of this thrilling journey.
Tell us about your strength…
My biggest strength is my common sense and my situational awareness, and the ability to handle my fear, which is eventually all that matters throughout the show.
Who do you consider as your strong competition?
The contestants this year are a good bunch who are seemingly going to be smart with the way they perform their stunts. I feel that everyone on the show is going to be smart and confident about stunts in their own way.
How do you plan to survive in the game? Any strategy?
I don’t have any strategy. Neither did I have for Bigg Boss and nor do I have for Khatron Ke Khiladi. My only main plan is to use common sense, adapting to each challenge, and being situationally aware.
Have you followed previous seasons?
Yes, I have watched a few seasons previously. The stunts and adventure part always excited me and hence I immediately agreed to do the show. I am looking forward to this journey. I will use all my strength and power and won’t give up.
Tell us about your fears…
We all have fears, I do too, but I don’t want to disclose any of them at the moment. Though, I will definitely speak about them while shooting.
