Zee TV will soon present the world of Delhi’s high society women like never before. Filling viewers in on all the drama that transpires behind the closed doors of their homes, their interactions with their families, time spent at their fitness clubs, their shopping sprees and of course their elite kitty parties, is the first ever page 3 reality show, Dilli Darlings, produced by Essel Vision Productions Ltd.

One of the darlings, named Manya Pathak, is the co-owner of India’s leading microbrewery, Ministry of Beer, along with her husband Prateek Chaturvedi, who is an IIM Calcutta graduate. She is a highly qualified woman, being an engineer & an MBA with corporate experience across multiple MNCs. Manya also works as a consultant for embassies, trade promotions & events.

Talking about the show, Manya says, “I was very happy, and more than me, my husband was very excited as we have never been part of any P3 circle. We are both engineers, hence we were more associated with the corporate world. Hence, my husband thought that I have a story to tell and that I could inspire people by telling them my story. I am thankful to the channel Zee TV for this opportunity. I have showcased all the aspects of my life in this show and have not hidden anything.”

Ask how open she was to the idea of showcasing her real-life story to the audience, she adds, “To be honest, initially I used to feel awkward and weird because it was our real life that was being showcased. I used to think about why the camera was always behind me. Later, I made the camera my friend. We missed shooting with the team post the shoot got over. We will reveal our story to the camera and share it like a friend shares a story with other friends. I wanted to know whether my husband was comfortable with this show, after confirming which, I said yes to the project. Along with my husband, I have also tried to include people who are related to me in my journey. My family has been very supportive.”

On an end note, Manya urges the audience to watch the show. She shares, “I would want the audience to watch the show, as there is a story behind every picture that you have seen on social media or newspaper or magazine and we want them to see the darlings’ stories. We have shared our passion, life story, our spirit, our emotions on the show. We have tried our best to entertain you. We hope the audience love our show.”
