Pearl, standing true to his name, has carved a niche for himself in the television industry. He began his career with various television commercials. He then worked various television shows like Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat, Phir Bhi Mann na mane… Batameez Dil, meri sasuma, and many more.
Pearl has taken the top spot in the list of The Times Most Desirable Men on TV in 2018. He also grabbed the 26th spot among the list of The Times 50 Most Desirable Men of 2018 and we don’t see why he wouldn’t.
His strict father wanted him to join their family business, but he wanted to become an actor. To pursue his dream of becoming an actor, he left his cushy life and house in Agra and reached Mumbai, where he initially struggled a lot like any other newcomer. His father was against his decision of becoming an actor, but his mother always supported him. He learned acting skills from his mentor Anupam Kher‘s acting school, Actor Prepares.
He debuted in Sony TVs Dil Ke Nazar Se Khoobsurat. His breakthrough acting role came when he was cast as Abheer Malhotra in Star Plus’ show “Phir Bhi Na Maane… Badtameez Dil”.
His initial few years in Mumbai were quite the struggle for him when he desperately missed his family battled anxiety, depression, and loneliness. He even suffered a severe anxiety attack on the sets of ‘Nagarjuna’.
He loves music and loves to sing and despite his busy schedule he always makes time for his music. He is a complete package for music as he writes, sings as well as composed music.
Pearl proves to us that if we try hard anything is possible. He decided to follow his passion even though he knew it would be difficult. He is an amazing example of hard work dedication and following our hearts.
