Ashi Singh has been in the limelight for a while now, as the lead face of Zee TV’s popular show Meet. Playing the character of Meet Hooda has given Ashi a new high. On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, Ashi is all upbeat as she rejoices in the aura and cultural aesthetics of the popular Indian festival.
Ashi told us, “This year, on Makar Sankranti, I would mostly be tied up the entire day with the shoot. However, I will definitely start my day by eating ‘Til Ke Laddoo’, my favourite Sankranti delicacy, as it is our festive ritual. My most cherished memory of this festival is watching my mother making ‘Til laddoos’ in the morning, and then me munching on to the same the whole day to my heart’s content.
