Ek Thi Rani Ek Tha Raavan strives to influence mind-sets of men and women to fight crime of stalking: Manul Chudasama

Manul Chudasama who plays the lead in Star Bharat’s new show Ek Thi Rani Ek Tha Raavan gets into a conversation with IWMBuzz.com

Gorgeous beauty Manul Chudasama, is all set to debut on the small screen as Rani with Star Bharat’s Ek Thi Rani Ek Tha Raavan. The lady feels that the show addresses the pertinent issue of stalking in our country through the powerful story of a young girl, which will inspire many girls.

“Any crime begins with stalking. The crime of stalking is seldom given its importance and is swept under the rug. The show strives to influence mind-sets of men and women alike to overcome this prevalent evil. We want to inspire girls to take a stand against this crime to teach a lesson to few men who need it. This is a small step which will help in the betterment of the society,” says the actress.

Sharing her experience related to stalking, she adds, “I have myself faced a situation related to stalking. When I was selected for the show, I had a late call timing. During my initial days, there was one auto driver who used to always stand near my building. I immediately raised my voice and warned the driver. Next day, he was not standing there. I was very happy that I took a stand and he learnt a lesson.”

When asked about her excitement on her debut show, she shares, “I am very happy and excited for my debut on TV. I gave a random audition and got selected for it. It was a very happy moment for me and my family. The show has a great message which made me take up this series.”

On an ending note, she says, “I would like to tell all the families, girls and guys to watch this show as it spreads a message which is very important in today’s time.”
