After quite a run that lasted less but was impactful, Alice Kaushik has been eliminated from Bigg Boss 18.
In an exclusive conversation with IWMBuzz, Kaushik talked about her friendship with Eisha Singh and Vivian Dsena, the latter talking about Sidharth Shukla, her not liking Karan Veer Mehra and much more.
Q. How angry or unhappy are you with your eviction that happened way earlier than people anticipated?
Alice: I am not angry but yes of course, I am disheartened. But I was also surprised (when at the premiere episode she and Vivian were told to be Top 2) when it happened and I wondered what was going on. I looked at Vivian hoping he would know but he was equally confused.
Q. How special and memorable did the journey turn out to be for you?
Alice: Of course, it was very memorable and special because I made friends in the show. I know they will be with me throughout my life, and hence, it was nice.
Q. There were instances when it felt like you were only playing the game for the two of them (Vivian Dsena and Eisha Singh) where it was supposed to be an individual game as well.
Alice: When it came to that one instance of ‘giving away’ to Eisha just like that, there was a reason and calculation behind it. The four of us looked at each other did our calculations and talked where he had Avinash inside. And hence, based on Eisha’s popularity if it leads to voting, she will get more votes. I had no problem giving it to Eisha because she is a very close friend of mine. Even she asked me of I am sure but I was sure and wanted to support her from the bottom of my heart.
Q. Who do you think was the person who targeted you the most and you feel you can never get along with him/her?
Alice: Karan Veer Mehra. I feel he is a superficial man and I can never get along with such people. He would make tall claims and say bad things but when it came to actually doing things, he would not do anything and he would just murmur in people’s ears and say ill things. I do not like such people at all.
Q. Your bond with Vivian Dsena is obviously special for everyone to see. He would often talk about Sidharth Shukla with you. Do you believe he is very connected to him and he also has those traits?
Alice: I don’t know if Vivian has Sidharth’s traits or not but whatever I have heard from him about Sidharth, he has only said the best of him. It was like the way Vivian is called Colors’ son, Sidharth was called Colors’ daamad. They had a healthy competition and Vivian remembers it merrily and would talk about it with me.
