Shiny Doshi is elated to play Radha on the small screen in the show Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran. She shares, “When my mock shoot and look test were on I used to enjoy a lot. The costumes were very heavy and that felt amazing until I realized that the lehnga was around 4-5 kgs weight and earrings were so heavy that my ears were bleeding. And that was when I felt pain. But the result was so beautiful that the pain was completely worth it. I feel blessed that I got an opportunity to play Radha’s character in the show.”
Colors new finite mythological series, Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran will be elucidating the transcendental knowledge of the most profound spiritual literature with Lord Krishna (Rajniesh Duggall) and Radha (Shiny Doshi) as sutradhars.
She adds, “Many times I used to do the scenes and not understand why that was happening in the scene so I used to go and ask the directors about the scenes and the reason behind it. This show has taught me a lot and I have got a Bhagwat Geeta (written in English) and as I am reading it. I am able to connect to a lot of things. It’s an honor to be a part of a show which will enlighten the audience with many unheard stories and will bring alive the most beautiful saga from Hindu mythology,” she ends.
