“There is a big difference between ‘possessive’ and ‘protective” and one should understand it to know the real meanin of love.”says Anang Desai who has proven his spirit as an exceptionally versatile actor and now essaying the character of ‘Ganjanan’ who was a dedicated family man, but because certain unfortunate incidents and circumstances he was alienated and turned away by the family. The love that could not get from his family made him bitter and aggressive and hence he wanted that love by force from Sai.

On essaying the role of Gajanan in Mere Sai – Shraddha Aur Saburi, Anang Desai shares, “The unfortunate incidents are the root cause of a full-blown streak of possessiveness of Gajanan and the love that could not get from his family made him bitter and aggressive and hence he wanted that love by force from Sai which is definitely incorrect and this particular track made me realise that there is a fine line between being protective and being possessive. Love, caring, and compassion is what always wins.”

He then goes on saying that “Sai teaches us how to compensate the feelings of weakness and insecurity and become a strong individual. He always solves problems and give lots of love and affection to the people and to his devotees and will turn Gajanan possessiveness to being protective, which is a sign of caring and make him a better human being. Moreover, I also personally believe in it.”
