For breakfast, she opts for something filling and energizing.
Hadid enjoys a glass of lemon water in the morning. She claims it has several nutrients to start her day off right and helps to alkalize the gut. She doesn’t like coffee, but when she needs a boost, she’ll have a glass of matcha with goat milk.
Because it “gives you excellent energy to get through the morning,” oatmeal is her favorite breakfast food. Hadid uses Quaker Old Fashioned Quick Oats and boosts the sweetness with a piece of organic butter, almonds, strawberries, organic honey, and stevia.
She makes sure her lunches are protein-rich and light.
Hadid typically prepares a salad with some protein for her second meal of the day. Her go-to dish is an organic curry chicken salad with arugula. Brussels sprouts, cranberries, and a tiny bit of her own homemade dressing of olive oil, honey, and vinegar are then added.
Sometimes she opts for a light but sweet afternoon snack.
Hadid sticks to relatively healthy food, choosing a warm goat milk drink flavored with cardamom, cinnamon, and honey. She describes it as “the ideal afternoon pick-me-up.”
Lastly, she makes dinner the lightest meal of the day.
Hadid normally keeps it simple by preparing a light soup because she goes to bed early. She begins with a package of organic chicken broth and then adds salt, pepper, carrots, celery, and zucchini along with minced garlic. She then adds a generous amount of yeast seasoning and a few pieces of baby kale as the final touches.
