Sony SAB is all set to launch the most awaited sci-fi show Hero-Gayab Mode on featuring Abhishek Nigam in the lead role.
It is an incredible journey of a common stuntman, Veer, and his mission to search for his father. The journey, at each step, gets increasingly fascinating as Veer first chances upon the miraculous power of invisibility through a ring, transforming him into ‘Hero’, which also happens to be desired by evil aliens.
Talking about his role, Abhishek shares, “I am playing the role of Veer and it is a very special role for me. The character is also challenging as there is a lot to do in it. I wished to play a superhero in my life and now I am getting to fulfill that wish. In real life, I used to follow a lot of superhero.”
What if you get a chance to invisible in real life? Abhishek adds, “If I get the power to be invisible, I would like to travel places and also help the needy.”
When asked about performing his own stunt, he says, “As an actor, I like to do complete justice to the role. My character, Veer is a stunt man and I always wanted to do all my stunts by myself and make my characters look as real as possible. Hence, whenever possible or maximum time I perform my stunts. I have always been into athletics. It has been such an exciting experience, while I have also been hurt so many times in the process. I am loving every minute of it and trying my level best to do justice to the role.”
Abhishek also reveals a fun incident from the set. He shares, “Yesha played a prank on me during Diwali. Yesha bought some crackers which you throw and they burst so she knocked on my door and threw that bomb on the ground. I jumped and got scared. It was very funny.”
