Guys bitch more than girls: Rashami Desai

TV actress’ kitty party scene just got hotter, with the beautiful Rashami Desai, last seen full-fledgedly in Colors extra-marital affairs show, Dil Se Dil Tak, joining the bevy of enchanting small screen women, which also includes Debina Bonnerjee, Nisha Rawal, etc.

“Yes, I have recently entered this old group as a new entry. We have many pretty ladies from our industry circuit, and I am slowly getting to know them. So far, I have only gone for one party, but I am looking forward to several more fun-filled dos.”

“Such associations are very beneficial, not only from a professional point of view, as you rub shoulders with lots of talented women in a relaxed setting, but even personally, as such hangouts allow you to become friendly with people beyond your close circuit.”

“Having worked together for many years in Uttaran, Tina Dutta knows me inside out. And yes, even the name of Ankita Lokhande will be right up; we are quite close, even though we have not done any show together,” says Rashami, who is now looking at juicy web projects about her besties.

Apart from Uttaran, Rashami also gained name and fame courtesy her stints in Jhalak Dikhla Ja 5, Fear Factor 6 and Nach Baliye 7.

Point out the old maxim that kitties are just gossip and slander sessions, and she fires back, “I think guy bonding can be even bitchier. Also, a lot depends on the person. Like in my case, I don’t while away my precious time in useless talk; I’d rather dance away to abandon as this works as a great stress-buster. Plus we girls have lots of other stuff to chit chat about as well.”

Ask Rashami about the alleged cold vibes that she reportedly shared with Dil Se Dil Tak co-star, Jasmin Bhasin, and she says, “We don’t have issues. On the contrary, I regard her as a cute fun-loving gal and wish her all the best for her new Star Plus project, Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji.”

“But yes, we were not the best of friends. There was nothing common to talk about. Also, most of the time she was busy with her scripts. Guys, let’s face it, we are here to work,” ended she.
