Check what she has to say.

Is Holi special to you? Tell us why.

I love Holi. But during my childhood, I was really scared to play. The way in which my parents used to play Holi was really scary, putting colors on everyone. As I got to understand the festival more, I got into the excitement of playing Holi. I used to be excited to buy Pichkaris. But there have been times when I have cried seeing people putting colors on my parents (laughs).

Talk about your best Holi experience.

I love playing Holi on my set. I have mostly got an opportunity to play Holi whenever I am doing any show. We all put colors on each other and enjoy the moment. So my on-set Holi experiences have to be my best experiences.

What color do you mainly like to throw on Holi?

I have no particular choice for colors. But I prefer using Organic Colors. I don’t like playing with harsh colors, so I make it very clear at the start. I love playing Chandan Ka Holi to be very honest. It has a very good fragrance and it is good for your skin too.

Pichkaris or Dry Colour:

Pichkari any day. I don’t like the dry colors as I have super-sensitive skin. So I will always go to Pichkaris with water.

What are your plans for Holi this year?

Well, this seems to be a repeat of last year. In 2020, the lockdown started just before Holi. Even now, the Covid cases are increasing. So it is not safe to play with so many people. I am not going to take any risk. I think I will be with my family and play Holi with them and with my close friends.

Your favourite Holi tune/film song

Balam Pichkari, I love that song a lot.

Whom would you like to play Holi with this year?

I think my family and a close bunch of friends. I will avoid playing Holi with a larger crowd this time around.

Your colorful message on Holi to fans will be

Just be safe. We all know that we need to take all the precautions during this Covid-hit phase. Please don’t waste a lot of water. Let us hope and pray that post Holi, the lifestyle of all gets better with this Covid situation getting eased out. I wish Happy Holi to all my fans.
