A day that is dedicated to women, International Women’s Day is observed on March 8 every year to appreciate women’s efforts and celebrate their achievements in all spheres of life. Just a day can never be enough to express our gratitude towards the women who make our lives special just by their mere presence in it, but, since today is International Women’s day, television actress Gracy Goswami, who is currently enthralling audiences as Amrit in Sony TV show Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye, has a special message.
She adds, “An ideal woman, according to me, is the one who believes in herself and believes in living her dreams and fulfilling her aspirations. Women in our nation let go of their dreams or do not get to live them due to various responsibilities they have on their shoulders. But the women who fulfill all responsibilities and live their dreams despite all obstacles are the real heroes.”
Talking about her women’s day plans, she shares, “I will be shooting today but I have planned a special dinner for my mother as she is the strongest woman I know. The way she has supported me in every way is commendable and I believe it’s my turn to do something special for her.”
