Child actor Hardik Mehta gets back to Colors after his interesting role on the channel Doree. In Doree, Hardik played the role of Sattu, who was Doree’s close friend. Now, the young actor will be a part of the cast of Colors’ upcoming show Apollena – Sapno Ki Unchi Udann. The show produced by 4 Lions Films and Katha Kottage is the inspirational tale of a young girl who aspires to become an astronaut. Child actor Ira Rai will play the younger version of Apollena while popular actress Aditi Sharma will go on to be the lead of the show. Hardik will essay the role of the elder brother of Apollena in the younger version of the story.
Says Hardik, “I am happy to be back with Colors after Doree. I am excited to be a part of the 4 Lions Films show Apollena – Sapno Ki Unchi Udann. I play the role of Neel, who is the elder brother of Apollena. From childhood, Neel is shown to have an inclination towards music. Even though the family wants him to develop an interest in space science, Neel has his priorities set. However, it is the younger sister Apollena who has a keen interest in space science, galaxies etc.”
“I will have a light-hearted role and will be seen very passionate towards music. I am shown to be a big fan of Michael Jackson. I loved performing the sequences where I groove on his music,” adds Hardik.
