What is your fitness mantra?
My fitness mantra is very simple. I believe in the fact that being muscular has got nothing to do with fitness. It includes eating healthy things on time and sleeping on time.
What do you eat healthy?
I eat 5-6 meals in a day that includes high protein and carbs. My meal includes fruits and vegetable salad. In breakfast, I have 2 eggs, 4 breads with a glass of milk. Later I have my brunch which includes fruits, in lunch I have rice with chicken or roti sabzi. I eat my last meal at 7.30 after that I don’t eat.
What is your Health Culture ritual?
My health culture ritual is to maintain proper schedule for food and sleep. I feel proper amount of sleep is very important. I sleep around 10pm, if I am not shooting, and wake up by 6am. A person should maintain a proper schedule for a healthy lifestyle.
What is your take on preventive healthcare?
I believe in preventive healthcare. Why wait to get ill? I believe if you maintain a healthy lifestyle, you will never suffer a dire health situation. I feel your immunity power should fight back the disease.
Have you ever tried any oxygen therapy?
I have never tried it but won’t mind it any day. Seems interesting.
What would you recommend to your fans to stay fit?
I believe fitness is not limited with age. Everyone can be fit. I would suggest my fans to maintain a schedule of their food and sleep. That will keep them energetic and fresh.
