Vijayendra Kumeria has consistently demonstrated his remarkable talent and adaptability throughout his diverse career, thriving in every challenging role he has embraced. Following the tremendous success of Teri Meri Doriyaann, he has joined the vibrant cast of Zee TV’s show, Jagriti – Ek Nayi Subah, produced by Guruodev Bhalla Productions. This project marks a joyful reunion for Vijayendra, as he collaborates once again with the brilliant creative mind of Guruodev Bhalla, with whom he previously shared a successful journey on Udann. As the festival of Holi approaches, Vijayendra, who embodies the character of Suraj in Jagriti, finds himself filled with excitement and enthusiasm. The spirit of the festival, characterized by joy, colour, and togetherness, has enveloped him, making this celebration of colours all the more special. With high hopes and a heart full of joy, Vijayendra eagerly anticipates the festivities that Holi brings, embracing the vibrant energy that defines this beautiful occasion.
While I never enjoyed getting drenched during Holi, my friends never spared me! Looking back, it was all part of the fun.
He says on the occasion of Holi, “I believe Holi is a festival that brings immense warmth into our lives. With vibrant colours, lively music, and so many people around, it almost feels like you know everyone in the crowd. The atmosphere is always filled with positivity during Holi.”
Recollecting his childhood memories of the festival, Vijayendra states, “I remember that during my childhood, we made sure to visit our elderly relatives who couldn’t step out, bringing them colours to share the festive spirit. While I never enjoyed getting drenched, my friends never spared me! Looking back, it was all part of the fun. Though I miss those celebrations, using eco-friendly gulal and enjoying the festival with loved ones is important. Wishing everyone a very happy and joyful Holi.”
