Humbled as an actor to be part of good shows Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana and Nima Denzongpa: Shweta Gautam

Shweta Gautam talks about her two shows, Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana and Nima Denzongpa.

Shweta Gautam the talented and versatile actress is blessed to be part of two unique and very relatable shows Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana (Star Plus) and Nima Denzongpa (Colors).

Shweta plays the role of Pammi Bua, daughter of the Sakhuja family in the above mentioned Star Plus show while her entry will soon happen in the Colors show. In Nima Denzongpa, her character will play a very important role in resurrecting the future of Nima (Surabhi Das).

Says Shweta, “I am extremely happy with Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana. Such shows happen once in a blue moon. I really do not care about the low TRP that the media has been talking about. To be a part of this show is a big blessing for me. The role of Pammi Bua is very beautifully written, and I am happy playing her. The level of creative satisfaction that we as actors get in this show is remarkable. I completely love the unit.”

“With Nima Denzongpa, I have come back on track to playing a mother. I play a very important character in the show. I will not be able to reveal much. Nima will be in our house; we are a very rich family who will be supporting her. All I can say is that I have an emotional bond with Nima. I thank God every day that amid the Covid pandemic stress, I have got opportunities to play two roles, which are extremely opposite. While I play a loud Punjabi in Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana, I portray a sober, subtle and a very emotional character in Nima Denzongpa.”

Shweta simply cannot avoid talking about the demise of her good friend Sidharth Shukla. “I really do not know what happened with him on that fateful day. Before Balika Vadhu, we had worked in Love U Zindagi. Even after Bigg Boss, Sid would pick my call and we used to frequently talk. When Broken But Beautiful 2 came, I congratulated him on his performance. We had planned to meet, but guess that will not happen now.”

Lastly, Shweta expresses her gratitude by saying, “I am humbled as an actor to be part of two good shows like Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana and Nima Denzongpa.”

Best of luck, Shweta!!
