Actress Shambhavi Singh grabbed the limelight initially with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, after which she bagged the leading role in Star Bharat’s crime drama 10:29 Ki Aakhri Dastak. Shambhavi is presently rejoicing in the positive vibe of Navratri and Durga Puja.
The supernatural thriller 10:29 Ki Aakhri Dastak that airs on Star Bharat, stars Rajveer Singh, Shambhavi Singh and Aayushi Bhave in the lead roles. The show is unique in terms of its storyline and intrigue.
She says, “My name, Shambhavi, was given to me by my dadi and is one of Maa Durga’s names. I truly believe that the energy of Devi Durga surrounds me in everything I do, teaching me to balance strength and compassion.”
Talking about her vivid Navratri memories, she states, “Growing up, Navratri was always a magical time at home, filled with positivity, daily aartis, and lighting diyas. I loved helping my mom prepare sweets and decorate the temple, while she fasted all nine days. Garba nights with my family were a highlight.”
She talks about her plan to celebrate the festival, “Though Preeti’s on-screen look in 10:29 Ki Aakhri Dastak doesn’t always allow me to celebrate Navratri fully, I still find ways to incorporate the festival’s colours into my off-screen outfits. As an actor juggling multiple roles, I draw inspiration from Durga’s fierce yet nurturing spirit and try to bring that same energy into everything I do.”
