I plan to get traditional Gujarati food on set for the entire team of Vasudha during Navratri: Sachin Parikh 920491

Sachin Parikh who essays the role of Prabhat Singh Chauhan in Zee TV’s Vasudha is excited about his role in the new show opposite Nausheen Ali Sardar. The show gives him the clearcut edge to perform on a challenging role, and Sachin is loving his stint with the show. He is upbeat about the upcoming Navratri vibes and the celebration that will happen for nine days.

Says Sachin sharing his experience of being part of the Navratri celebrations, “Navratri has been a significant part of my life ever since I was a kid. Being a Gujarati, the festival is not just about devotion, it’s a celebration of culture, tradition, and togetherness. The air is filled with joy, and I have always loved how the entire community comes together to celebrate with Garba and Dandiya Raas.”

Ask him about the significance of the nine days of the festival and he is quick to say, “For me, these 9 days are incomplete without these celebrations. It’s more than just a fun activity—it’s a form of devotion and an expression of gratitude to the Goddess. My fondest memories are from the time when my mother would prepare special dishes like Fafda, Jalebi, and Sabudana Khichdi for the fasting days. Even now, I try to continue those traditions with my family and make the same dishes for everyone to enjoy.”

He talks about his plans at the set, “This year I am shooting for Vasudha and I am planning to get some traditional Gujarati food for the whole team on set. I feel blessed to be a part of such a vibrant cultural heritage.”
