Handsome hunk Angad Hasija, who rose to fame with his amazing portrayal of Aalekh in Sapna Babul Ka…Bidaai, made a comeback to TV after a gap of almost four years. The actor recently entered the Sony SAB show Ziddi Dil Maane Na as Kundan. His character brought exciting twists to Sanjana (Diljot Chhabra) and Sid’s (Kunal Karan Kapoor) budding relationship.
Talking about making his comeback with Ziddi Dil, he said, “I was busy doing web shows and films. I was missing TV and was also planning to make a comeback with some different characters. I have always taken up characters which are unique, so my fans also expect me to return with something distinct. I was excited to play this character because it is amazing and has various shades. Now, I am glad that the audiences are liking and appreciating it.”
Commenting on his experience working with the cast, he added, “This entire team is new for me. I have never worked with anyone on my previous projects. I have been having fun working with Diljot and Kunal as they are very sweet co-stars. It has been fascinating so far, the vibe on the set has been absolutely lovely, and everyone has been very warm and welcoming. When the people you work with are great, there is a lot of positivity that comes in.”
As per the story, Kundan entered as the third angle in Sid-Sanjana’s love story. When asked whether he received any flak from fans, he shared, “When I began shooting, I felt the concept of the show was different. I was also thinking about how fans will react to this new character. Touchwood, I am blessed that fans have been liking my role. They don’t think I am a third wheel. My fans have been messaging me on social media and praising my character. I am thankful to the fans for accepting and warmly welcoming me.”
